Frati Assisi is a free application designed for all those inspired by Francis of Assisi:

• Anyone who has encountered his charisma and, captivated by the simplicity and beauty he radiates, wishes to live it either within the “religious life” (friars and nuns) or “in the world” (Secular Franciscans of the OFS and young members of GiFra), spreading the joy of the Gospel that made Francis “the jester of God.”
• All individuals who are nonetheless drawn to him, recognizing him as a “modern fool” send by God to speak to hearts—both near and far—with a simple, universal language that rarely encounters barriers, fostering dialogue with everyone and always.

Many experience here in Assisi a “special atmosphere”… We believe this is not merely due to climate or scenery, although the Umbrian landscape certainly contributes. Our aim is to offer a tool that allows users to:

• Take home a piece of Assisi and Umbria;
• Learn about and explore through writings who Francesco of Assisi was and how he communicated;
• Access information, images, and videos of the places and experiences of God that inspired Francesco and Chiara of Assisi;
• Engage in prayer through their prayers and other traditional Franciscan prayers;
• Book celebrations or guided visits to our sanctuaries;
• Obtain opening hours, contact details (phone, email, website, social media), and directions;
• Follow live broadcasts of celebrations from the Porziuncola;
• Stay informed about our activities—including retreats, courses, spiritual exercises, pilgrimages—and offerings suitable for all: youth, couples, singles, adults, religious, priests;
• Check availability for accommodation for individuals or groups within Domus Pacis Assisi or other convents;
• Learn about and celebrate Franciscan saints;
• Stay updated with a news feed highlighting key events from Assisi and our Franciscan community.
